CSR Group, founded in 1982, implemented a vision shared by its founders, Francisco Salas AIA and Leon Cohen, AIA. That vision was to combine, under one roof, a firm that could design, manage and build a client’s project and through that process, deliver it on-time and most importantly, on budget. The concept worked very well and led to the success our firm has enjoyed for over a quarter century.

We also provide service in a conventional single service mode, such as design services, construction management, owners’ representation, project management and general contracting services.

We are well known for our work with developers and more specifically those projects involving “big box” warehouse and distribution centers and, multi-use commercial buildings. We are diversified with many clients and projects in the areas of banking and finance, transportation, manufacturing, R&D, energy and those in the public sector as well. We are particularly proud of the work we have completed for those institutions with very special needs such as hospitals, schools, recreation centers and houses of worship.

As a minority owned business we are also aware of our responsibility to the community and work diligently to improve quality of life issues and provide physical and financial support to a host of organizations who share our sentiments of contribution.
