We take pride in the fact that our computer systems, applications software and telecommunication networks are up to the minute and reviewed on a regular basis for opportunities to improve or enhance them.

We use Expedition to provide us with the tools for tight project management and Primavera, a very robust scheduling system that compliments our project management systems in a seamless manner. Our completely integrated systems enable resource analysis and of course, scheduling. In addition we have the facility to use the system for all correspondence, original purchase contracts, change orders, requests for information or clarification and requisitions.

A host of reports are prepared including Job Manning Reports. We also prepare and review job cash flow analysis on a regularly scheduled basis and tie it in with with resource allocations and budget performance analysis. In addition to scheduled two week look-ahead reports, Job Cost Variance Reports are prepared when required and our systems enable tracking when such variances occur. More importantly, we can determine why. Last but certainly not least are our Value Engineering Review and our Options Analysis Review programs.
