Modern Infill Project in the Former Meatpacking District

Originally a former garage in the famous Meatpacking Area, this project involves a gut renovation and addition on 15th Street in Manhattan. The building will be developed to have a flexible plan for potential future uses including restaurant, retail or offices. CSR Group, an architect led design and build firm was retained for the project by Rockhill Management, the developer.

The CSR Group, architects designed and received approvals for Two (2) 7 story residential buildings consisting of 84 residential units in the developing Morris Canal Redevelopment Zone-TOD- North District of Jersey City. These buildings have been approved for construction by the zoning Board. The building sited on Garabrant Street is currently under construction and is anticipated to be complete in early 2019.

CSR Group is currently in the process of receiving zoning approvals for this new building at the corner of Summit Avenue and 17th sreet in Union City.
